I have to agree. I keep hoping for that miracle. That the superdelegates will really prove they are "Super" and choose the candidate most electable. Electable to me is not racist, it means simply, the one most likely to give John McCain a real race. One who will realize he needs us typical, white, middle-class, middle-aged, and older, baby boomers, to win.
One who fights for all people. One who does not hate rich or poor. One who does not disdain the struggling. One who will send all our children to college, as an American right. One who will put Universal Healthcare, first and foremost, on the agenda. One who will end the war, and bring our combat troops home. One who will Settle with Afghanistan and Iran.
One who will respect Israel, but not give them a blank check.
That one is Hillary. I hoped history would be made, by recognizing, 51% of our citizens, finally. That is not racist, that is a fact.
If Obama is the nominee, I will vote for him. (Altho, I was one of many that told pollsters, I would vote McCain. That was my anger and a knee-jerk response, which has now passed.)I will vote straight Democratic for only the 2nd time in my life. We need the Dems to win, overwhelmingly.
I left the G.O.P. when they nominated Reagan...Now the Dems don't want me either. I will go with the Green Party. They seem to accept us.
