Not much difference between the actions of the Bushies and Saddam's siphoning of the oil-for-food money to keep himself and his cronies living the high life. Not much difference between the actions of the Bushies and Saddam’s siphoning of the oil-for-food money to keep himself and his cronies living the high life.

Job one for any new administration will be to re institute adult budgeting and start hiring for the depts that audit and contract with responsible civil servents NOT cronies or youths whose carreers need a jump start. I will never forget the firing and testimony of Bunnintine Greenhouse who after working in the Pentagon for 35 yrs , blew the whistle on Haliburton early. ...In a non topsy turvey world. Haliburton and all their subsidaries at "cost plus" would have been off the job. The show also showed the many Billions of graft going on in Homeland Security.(that whole dept needs to be abolished) there are outright crooks , pedddling rediculous non functional systems...its bad. I know someone here in fact , (not well an acquinatance) who actually got HLS monies....lots of it. Creeps me OUT. We regular people are supposed to budget , the damn government should do it too, not all of us grew up like the Chimp with a silverspoon in his entitled mouth, or with someone to bail him out for every failure....
