I think you just leave a comment on that post. There should be a box below “Leave a Comment” – same as here. (They’re using the same layout I use.)
I apparently put up the wrong link. I’ve fixed it now, so it should take you to the right page.
(How embarrassing is this: I wrote the above comment…without realizing I wasn’t at my own blog – and posted that same comment over at the Awards page. Boy, is my face red right now!!)
I am a dunce but I can even figure out how to register

They come up with a log in screen, but no registernow area.
